After your 7-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue as a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial period finishes. This ensures uninterrupted access to all Reformly features, including workouts, programs, tracking tools, and the community.
If you decide to cancel during your trial, you won’t be charged. You’ll still be guided through your options inside the app, including the possibility to continue with limited free access, so you can stay connected to Reformly at your own pace.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. There are no hidden fees, and you’ll always see what you have access to before anything changes.

Nope, it’s completely free, forever. The 60-Day Challenge is part of Reformly Basic, which will always be free for our community.

Absolutely! Behind the scenes, we’re constantly working on fresh workouts, exciting new challenges, and more surprises to keep you moving. You can expect at least one new workout or challenge every month, that’s our promise.

Once processed, subscription payments are non-refundable since premium content becomes instantly available and stays accessible throughout the duration of your plan.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations
Users may cancel their subscription through their phone’s Play Store or App Store account settings, depending on how the purchase was set up. Cancellation may also be available directly inside the app.
Once a subscription is canceled, it simply means that you will not be billed for the next billing term or plan selected. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
Because this is a digital product, all subscription purchases are considered final and non-refundable, as access to the platform remains available for the remainder of the subscription period even after cancellation.
If you experience issues canceling through your app store, please reach out to our support team. We will review your case and assist where possible.
All payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued for completed billing terms.
Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you will continue to have full access to your subscription content until the end of your current billing period. Once that period ends, your subscription will expire and will not renew automatically.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds cannot be granted for:
- Requests made after purchase or renewal
- Partial billing periods
- Promotional or discounted plans
- Digital subscriptions where access has already been granted or used
